"Customer states unit is not washing clothes properly. Bypass lid lock to watch unit go through automatic diagnostic test cycle. Found machine agitating entire basket. Found shift actuator arm was physically broken. Additionally, Pulley was out of round and belt was worn down. Removed and replaced unit pulley, belt, shift actuator. Retested an automatic diagnostic test mode. Unit now operating as designed. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for repair.; used 1 W11481722 (Actuator) from stock"

Customer states unit feels unbalanced. Found bolt securing rotor motor backed out. Applied Loctite and secured bolt properly. Also applied a firmware update to machine. Tested in diagnostic with GE tool. Unit operating is designed. Additionally ran customer through loading procedures. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for repair.

"Customer states unit is leaking out of bottom. Found drain pan bowed upward not allowing water to drain properly. Also found heater misaligned with pan. Corrected both failures and also raised front legs on unit so water will drain down drain pan instead of dripping into vents that go to refrigerator compartment. Additionally, steamed out all frozen ice. Unit shouldnt be leaking anymore. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for repair."

Customer states unit is making loud noise when an operation. Found unit had worn rollers and pulley. Quoted customer $235.30 for labor and dryer repair kit.
