Ken was an awesome tech. Very knowledgeable and professional. However, your scheduling department is some what lacking in proficiency when providing a speedy resolution to the repair. I.E. Scheduled an appointment when the tech could not get safety support, and then didn’t inform me until the day of appointment, after waiting 5 days for that appointment.
