Cx complaint dishes still dirty and pod not dissolving. In warranty. Tested unit found wash pump is not pushing water and dispenser not opening ordering pump and sump assembly ; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Pump and motor assembly)

"felt ring inside the drum is coming off. , Cust states. Warranty . ::Cx complaint. Upon arrival. I ran programmer diagnostics found . Found felt is not inside drum. Loose Drum felt faulty . Attached drums felt to drum . Attached drum to back panel frame structure . Please allow time for adhesive to finish drying out 72-96 hours . Tested okay components out operation as according to designed protocol."

"Warrant. Cx complaint that it works sometime and others it wont. Inspected unit and found that the wire harness has loose plugs, temp sensor plug and drain pump plugs do not stay in. Tested and unit drains. Reinstalled and unit drain pump not working. Control clicks and when harness is wiggled unit surges pump on and off. Need to follow up with a new harness. Schedule when available ; ordrng 1 W11568793 (WIRE HARNESS)"

OOW. Cx paid service fee prior to my arrival. Compliant of freezer not cold items thawed. Talked with Cx about how this issues was found. Inspected unit and was confirmed that door was left open and the items on the top slider drawer were the items thawed. Advised cx to allow freezer temperature to adjust then fill. Ice bins are full and working per design. Cx has labor warranty if issues happen again. Unit is 10 years of age and also is r134a. Job completed

"Warranty. Cx complaint of not keeping temperature, also cx said the burners were all to high and previous tech Andrew said he did not know how to adjust flames nor was he certified to adjust. Cx was very unhappy with the service from him. Inspected unit for the burner issue. Front burners to high on low, adjusted all burners to low flame. All burners are now adjusted, also educated cx on how to adjust in the future. Pre heated unit to 225*. After pre heat I noticed moisture coming from top right corner of the unit. Also heat pouring out. Inspected door and hinges. Nothing looks Damged, need to order parts to try and correct this issue.; ordrng 1 W10902192 (Inner door) and 2 W11162113 (Hinges)s and 1 W11562931 (Gasket)"
