THE DRYER IS NOT HEATING AT ALL.Cust stated Warranty yes. . ::. Cx complaint upon arrival ran programmed diagnostics found. Found no heating . Found Loose wire door switch harness . Attached door switch wire to main panel control wire harness . Tested okay components out operations as according to protocols designed. Found dryer vent clogged.

The worst experience ever. Not sure how you all stay in business. 4 failed repair attempts. Literally shotgunning repairs without any type of diagnosis. No call, no show for appointments. No heads up on appointment window until the day of sometimes. Lack of accountability when called out on shortcomings. Horrible customer service when reaching out to the call center. No one calls back when messages are left after the phone call is not answered. All of you should give yourself a pat on the back for the shitty fu@king service you provide. How you all have a contract with Best Buy is surprising. Shout out to the person who landed this contract. Probably the only person doing their job over there.
