Customer states freezer is not properly cooling. Found unit had defective fz evap fan motor. Quoted customer 80$ for the fan motor and 200$ for labor. Please call customers wife (second number on file) for payment for half of part cost. Wife wasnt available at time of service. ; ordrng 1 WR60X42165 (Evap fan (fz))

Customer states unit not making ice. Put unit into diagnostic and checked icemaker status. Found unit displaying E2 motor lost position. Quoted customer 192.45$ for icemaker and 187 for labor. Customer already paid service fee. my iPad was overheated at time of payment office can call and collect half of part cost or I can collect full part cost when I come back.; ordrng 1 W11232541 (Icemaker)

Customer states unit wont stop making chiming noise. Found left door switch lead loose. Corrected failure and tested. Unit now reading both doors closing and opening. Unit is in warranty and customer owes no money for repair.
