"Upon arrival, inspected unit found unit not cooling at all during inspection found bad windings on compressor and possible low charge ordering evaporator dryer and compressor. All sealed system. Parts are still covered under five-year limited warranty parts and labor. The unit does need a new wire harness. I advised the customer that this is not covered under warranty. Customer already paid for the parts. I advised the customer that he will have to pay the remaining balance of the labor for the harness replacementwhen I arrive to complete the job.; ordrng 1 W11557425 (Compressor) and 1 W11752088 (Harness with power cord) and 1 W10143759 (Dryer) and 1 W11598433 (Evaporator)"

$145.00 Service Call -OK $187.92 Labor $35.54 parts We tined the repair. 9 minutes. We timed the paperwork. 15 minutes. $371.04 Total with tax. However, labor is supposed to be taken off from the dollar amount of the service call, as per phone discussion in advance. We are not happy because of this.
