I do replacing the parts. The unit still wasnt working and actually making a different sound as well. Need to order the gear case ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W10754158 (Stator) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10754448 (Cluch) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator)

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found left-hand door, not closing correctly during further inspection found that the mounting hook that holds the center Molean on is completely broken off the liner tried to find this left-hand door. It is no longer available. WPL 12978051SQ LEFTHAND DOOR NLA unit is non-repairable due to door not being available and advised customer that they will hear from the insurance company within five days. Unit is covered under whirlpool third-party warranty zero dollars was collected job complete; ordrng 1 WPL12978051SQ (Left-hand door NLA)"
