Inspected unit found 9E1 error code inspected drain line found a kink and drain line was able to get kink out. Also found that middle rack right side wheel had come off of slider was able to reinstall that and the spray arm had tilted sideways was able to fix that and reinstall it. All operations are normal now unit passed all tests and diagnostics job complete.

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found wire harness, broken at drain pump was able to repair harness on my own. We had just replaced this harness two weeks ago after my repair this time unit is draining and working as intended no longer giving F9 one error code. All operations are normal now job complete."

SR#7741037159Upon arrival the unit had a over temp light flashing. Temps in unit was 37in (R) and 0in (F). Press the reset button and it went away. Called techline and they think the door was just left open at some point. No parts recommended to replace. Unit is working as designed at this time.

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found water leaking into icemaker mold constantly inspected valve found bad solenoid on valve replaced valve unit is no longer dripping water unit was turned off and not to temperature. Advise customer to give unit at least 24 hours for it to make its first batch of ice due to the unit, not being cold enough for the units icemaker to go into harvest mode. I did advise the consumer that if after 24 hours the unit does not make any ice that is possible for an icemaker to go bad that we would send one out I would not charge for the labor to replace the icemaker. complete."

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found water all around the unit put unit into a cycle. Let it fill with some water put the unit into a drain found water coming out of connector of external tube. Clamp had slipped off, allowing water to seep out reinstalled clamp and tightened it retested unit unit is no longer leaking and working as intended. Also reprogrammed control board and ran factory calibration job complete."
