"Customer complaint was that the lid latch was not working. Unit is covered under warranty. Tested the unit and found that the unit has an issue with lid latch. Installed a new latch and unit was still having same issue found out that issue is coming from magnet inside of lid, not making contact with latch. Will be re-ordering latch and ordering new lid. ; ordrng 1 W11468804 (Bezel) and 1 W11470212 (Lid) and 1 W11670519 (Latch)"
