Although it took three visits to fix my wall oven, I felt the technician was very nice and well intentioned. Some loose screws were in the bottom of the oven, which I will call the company about.

Prompt, courteous service. Knowledgeable about machine parts; replaced faulty machine part quickly and showed owner the part that was replaced. Upon arrival, owner also notified Johnathan of leaky inlet water hose and unfortunately, hoses are not covered and was the owner's responsibility.
Unfortunately, Johnathan reconnected leaky water inlet hoses and left them cinnected. Owner did not notice the dripping water on the floor until an hour after Johnathan left. Needless to say, owner was left with a mess to clean up. Johnathan should have summarized his service call by letting me know that faulty part was replaced, machine was in working order, that inlet hoses were disconnected and water shut off, and that owner would need to replace hoses before turning on water and using machine. New hoses were installed by owner and machine is back in working order. Maybe a little plumber's tape to the inlet connector to the machine would have resolved the issue of the leaky hose instead of replacing the 7-month old rubber hose.
