In warranty- cx states unit will not wash- found multiple issues- found gear case to be leaking water look- wash plate is stuck on shaft- error code f7e5 clutch failure- loud buzzing noise coming from relay- slider is detaching- look at pictures. ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor)

"File # 21561334 from WP TL- need to order an evaporator again and flush with nitrogen on the high side. there a restriction. Installed new parts (evaporator, filter dryer. ); ordrng 1 W11546605 (Evaporator)"

In warranty- installed new part (main control) all test pass- no leaks- no errors- unit working as designed- cx ok repair

"Complaint washer is leaking from bottom, found pump hose to tub with a small opening causing leak during an auto service test, hose replaced.All other cycles working properly, cx instruction on proper loads of clothe and cycle and to go to www.whirlpool.com for information."

"Complaint Icemaker overfilling tray, makes one large block/sheet of ice. Present icemaker heating sensor on ice maker damaged, causing ice vcubes not to allow flex mold to break ice, water fill is normal.New ice maker installed, ice maker tested and working properly."
