"JB OUT 2/13/25Customer stated oven In bake mode does not get hot enough and cools off during cooking.Tested oven in beak mode set a 350°F. Ran for 28 minutes and never got higher than 270°F tested broil element and verified correct temperature increase and operation for the Broil. Spoke with Whirlpool Techline associate Tim, who suggested during preheat. The oven, will alternate between broil element and bake element, and in this case, when alternating to bake element to bake element is not heating, so the temperature is dropping. Ordering replacement, bake element and cooked up infinite switch, right hand, front switch.Tim issued SRFile 7740952526; ordrng 1 W10857622 (INFINITE SWITCH RF) and 1 W10779716 (BAKE ELEMENT)"

"JB OUT 1/23/25Dispatched: WTW6157PB, PSEUDO-0002269ACTUAL: WTW6157PBO, CC3901967Customer states the washer does not wash, does not Agitate.Tested washer in NORMALcycle. Observed partial water fill function.Removed control panel. Found and corrected the wire harness the the Hot water inlet valve not plugged in so no HOT water supply entered the washtub and the wash cycle was terminated.Plugged wire HOT water valve molex connector.Tested again in NORMAL cycle and verified correct water fill and agitation functions.Canceled cycle. Selected Drain and Spin cycle. Verified drain pump and spin functions.Unit now operates as designed.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER JOB COMPLETED"
