The customer complaint was that the unit was stuck draining and wouldnt function on any cycles. Unit is under warranty. Tested the unit and found that unit had a faulty control board and pressure switch. That was constantly running drain pump. Replaced control board unit now functions properly but drain pump. Motor is very loud due to continuously running and will need a new drain pump. Will be ordering and replacing pump. ; ordrng 1 WH23X28418 (Drain pump)

The customer complaint was that the unit is leaking water. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found obstruction and drain hose causing blockage making unit leak through bottom end of drain hose. Removed obstruction unit didnt now functions properly. Job is complete.

"Not In warranty. Cx reports unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found the freezer temperature was above 40 degrees and the HQ was reading both valve closed. When I commanded the valves to open they did. The FF evaporator thermistor was at 11 degrees while the FZ thermistor was at 38 degrees. I blew the charge and retested it. With the valve open, the compressor on high speed, and after 15 minutes,the FF thermistor dropped below zero. The FZ thermistor was at 11 degrees. Unit is acting as if it had lost some refrigerant. ; ordrng 1 WR84X38825 (Condenser) and 1 WR86X37548 (3way valve) and 1 WR84X34173 (Jumper) and 3 WR97X31246 (Coupler)s and 1 WR97X31409 (Coupler) and 1 WR87X36103 (FF evaporator) and 1 WR87X36101 (FZ evaporator)"

In warranty. Cx reports unit is not draining. I found a faulty wire harness. I drained the water and replaced the harness. Unit tested ok.

Found failed pump blades on pump are all gone see pic replaced pump all tested good
