"Checked unit found out of balance codes and pump running as soon as it was plugged in. Found cold water supply with low pressure unable to pass fill test twice. Cleaned out debris from filters and still did not pass test. Also found stand pipe really low but customer running the drain line up and then into it. Agitation,drain and spin working properly. Also tested spin on regular cycle and it did not g9 off balance. Explained to customer how low water can cause an out of balance condition."

"Removed and replaced pump, unit now drains properly. Informed cx they have to check pockets before loading unit"
