In warranty customers complaint noises fanTested found fan blade broken replaced customer ok with noise level working properly

Customer stated they were able to get 4 loads out of it and unit failed again. Unit is reading f8e1. Tested valve individual. Low cold water. Error code popped back up. Order valve and get this going. Case number 22565247. W11038689 valve assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11038689 (Valve assembly)

Replaced shocks in front and pump. Pump was full of stuff and noticed that it struggled during drain. Unit is under ext warranty and complaint was that unit would bounce around and leave water in drum. After replacing parts unit is now working as designed. Ran a calibration test and passed.

Customer stated that the Icemaker only makes crushed ice. No cubes. Need bar drive and will come back with solenoid part. Plus motor. 241829001 bar drive. 5304527039 motor. Unit is under manufacturer warranty and complaint is it never make cubes. Fridge it tight needs moved out and mail box needs to be taken down. ; ordrng 1 241829001 (Bar drive) and 1 5304527039 (Motor)
