Wasn't going to say anything cause I know you but I have been displeased with the services. From scheduling to dispatch to repairs..its a piece of Swiss cheese...my Dishwasher doesn't leak anymore but now the rinse detergent dispenser doesn't open. I video recorded you on this last service call because I had lack in confidence as it seemed maybe this is not the job or your trade or for your skill set or if you just don't like your job or if you work under the influence of prescription medications or something but I just never had a confident vibe from day one and now I have another issue...which I'm not even going to call about because I don't really want you to return and getting the leak fixed took longer than it should of already. Skills are sloppy and you can't remember things from one service call to the next. That is actually to be said about all of ARS.

Here on time….and made diagnosis and repairs quickly

We were kept informed of our scheduled repair day and time, and Paul gave us a 15 minute heads-up of his arrival. He quickly determined the problem and what repair parts would be required, returned as soon as the parts arrived, and quickly made the repair. The appliance is now back to like-new condition. We consider his service to be very effective and professional. He was also very friendly and personable. Our expectations were fully met.
