Customer noticed there was less ice since I was here. Cleaned out and checked and even steamed out freezer. Replaced drain tube and evaporator fan. Unit is now functioning as designed. Then last put in replacement lights. All checked out and working. Job completed.

Wheel is damaged. Replacing wheel. Customer stated its been a little warbling for some time. Replaced roller and now its functioning as designed. Part is covered. Under fulfillment. Job completed. Tested and checked out. Job completed.

Found that the roller wheel is coming apart in the back. Rear wheels need replacement. 5304523152 roller wheel. Spacer 5304523154. Customer complaint is the unit is the settings are hard to understand. Customer stated the noise has been going on for a few months. Customer also noticed and tech witch is me noticed that the dispenser is leaking and has black grease all over it. ; ordrng 2 5304523154 (Spacer)s and 2 5304523152 (Roller wheel)s and 1 5304535925 (Dispenser)

Unit is getting cold in fresh food and freezer is freezing also. But found drain and defrost issues. Giving customer qoute for repair and parts. Unit will need to be pulled out and looks like floor damaged under floor mounts. Motor Evap W11109595. Plus led lights are out. Technical Service Pointer #: W11460554. Customer is going over with girlfriend and to see what sep they want to take. Everything has been emailed to them. Led light kit W11683244. Drain tube W11745092. Customer is putting 400.00 deposit. And remaining balance is 464.30; ordrng 1 W11109595 (Motor Evap) and 1 W11683244 (LED module kit) and 1 W11745092 (Ext drain tube)

Customer stated the unit was leaking were the valve was. But found out the unit needed an update the was to fix a lot of bugs in system. Complaint was it was strange were never heard the leaking before. The unit is now functioning as designed after the update. Ran test and passed. Unit is under ext warranty Job completed.
