"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is leaking and not draining. I found clogged pump, removed clog so unit can drain. I found rip in door boot causing leak. Ordering door boot. ; ordrng 1 W11314648 (bellow)"

"Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit will not spin. I found that the basket rusted out and broke in half causing the drive shaft to spin but the basket is not. Unit will need basket, basket filter plugs, agitator dogs and clutch. I called 3rd party to see if they wanted to continue. They said go ahead. Removed and replaced basket, plugs, and agitator dogs. All tests good."

Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the fresh food section is not cooling. I tested unit and found that the diffuser is not opening up causing no airflow to fresh food section intermittently. I tested it and sometimes its moving and sometimes it doesnt. Ordering diffuser and main control. ; ordrng 1 W11645127 (Diffuser) and 1 W11449482 (Cntrl elec)

Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the u it was making noise in spin cycle. I tested unit and found worn basket hub causing excessive vibration. Removed and replaced hub. All else tests good. ; used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the handle came loose on deli drawer. Customer stated that they tried tightening but it wouldnt. I inspected handle and set screw. I found that the set screw had an excessive amount of loc tight from factory that had sealed the threads and was not allowing it to go tight. I had to remove screw and clean threads to get it tight. Technical was needed to tighten this handle due to set screw being defective from factory. I cleaned threads and tightened. All tests good.
