5 ⭐️’s for Kevin. 3 1/2 stars overall because of Gabriel’s combative customer service. I received a message from Kevin informing me that he was on his way. I contacted customer service to confirm my appointment time and explained to the representative that I had just received a call one minute prior. He insisted that that was not the case and that Kevin had one more stop before he reached my residence. I said again I just received a message. I am simply informing you. This is where he made the mistake of not only taking a condescending tone, but also raising his voice at me saying “and I’m telling you he has another stop“! This conversation did not end well . Kevin on the other hand is knowledgeable, helpful and informative.

Kevin knew his stuff and was able to explain how to correctly use our new dishwasher and explain energy efficient product.

He was friendly, very informative about my dishwasher. Overall happy with the service.

The Appliance Repair Specialists Tech arrived at my property on time, was able to diagnose the dishwasher and quickly fixed the issue. Very grateful that this company was able to schedule me in, in such short notice. More importantly, the military family renting my property was also very appreciative of the Tech’s prompt and professional demeanor. Thank you once again.
