Kevin was fantastic. Two-week-old Maytag washer for parents in their 90s, horrible experience. But Kevin tried his best to tell me, the daughter, the best settings for my parents in order to avoid constant balance issues. This machines should not be sold to seniors in their 90s. We will never shop from Lowe’s again. They should never have sold a high-tech machine like this to us. They should have let us return/exchange the machine after 2 weeks. Kevin said this was the most technical and difficult machine two could have purchased. Not good. But Kevin was very professional and spent more than enough time educating and trying his best to make me feel better about how we can go forward with this terrible purchase. Kevin is the only pleasant thing about our Lowe’s purchase. Old folks: Stay away from Lowe’s!
