"Before going to this car, I spoke with two managers about this call we have been out to numerous times for the same issues freezing over and cooling issues was advised by RS to order a three-way valve. Compressor condenser and all the parts regarding the silt system. this job we need a three job count and I will need to go back out scheduled with either service manager that is available due to the escalation and multiple times that we have been to this call. I have gotten multiple SR numbers on this unit and Whirlpool keeps wanting me to go back and change parts, Ive ran every check possible check for frost patterns on both fresh food and freezer compartment. Evaporators replaced Ater cover in fresh food compartment replaced main control board replaced UI checked for proper placement of thermistors on fresh food evaporator. This is why we are needing a manager escalation to come out with me on this job but it will need a three job count ordered all parts necessary and please send back the parts that were sent out today.; ordrng 1 W11574310 (Three-way valve) and 1 W11567329 (Condenser) and 1 W11506421 (Inverter) and 1 W11578031 (Compressor assembly)"

"Upon arrival inspected unit found unit was not making ice. Put unit into test 56 unit was giving a E2 error code which is icemaker never returned to home. I contacted tech-support. Ran a couple found that the control board is not sending power to the icemaker which could intern cause this E2 error code per tech-support, ordering a control board for the unit. Also bringing back the icemaker with me. This will need a job count and a pre-authorization.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Main control board) and 1 W11405309 (User interface)"

"Rev inspector unit unit would not go into a wash cycle of a go directly from sense to done tested capacitor capacitor, tested bad replaced capacitor and actuator. Tested unit unit passed all test. Also calibrated unit for consumer job complete; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock"

"Upon arrival found unit no cooling properly, check the unit and temperature on freezer is about 26F, check the frost pattern on the evaporator and is incomplete. This unit has a restriction for the sound as well of the refrigerant in the system. "Upon arrival replace evaporator fan, condenser fan, condenser fan blade main control board tested unit unit is now cooling and running as intended. No longer turning on and off advising consumer to give the unit at least 24 hours for the unit to reach proper temperatures. Job complete"
