Upon arrival found some in motor assembly not working completely dead. Replace sump motor assembly tested unit unit passed. All testing is working as intended. Job complete

"Upon arrival, I attempted to replace gear motor for downdraft vent. I cannot figure out how to get the gear motor off. It is a very tight space. Will possibly need to pull the unit out which will require a second man helper preferably a technical support by a senior tech will need this to be a am call and a 3 job count Please send RS back with me on this job for a technical support per Eric; O-emld tckt"

Upon arrival inspected unit found bad door Switch replaced door switch tested unit unit is now opening as intended. Also compacting as it should job complete.
