"On arrival inspected unit found unit getting power, but not turning on either ovens broil or bake element ordering main control and power relay advised consumer when we got the parts office would call him and give him a time schedule; ordrng 1 W11649130 (Main control) and 1 W10874478 (Power relay)"

"Upon arrival, removed bad control board replaced it with new one tested unit. Unit passed all test and is operating as intended. Also ran factory calibration on unit job complete. Customer paid $145 service call to the office prior to my first visit. Unit is covered under special code. Zero dollars was collected"

Customer said the unit would not work. Upon diagnosis I found the unit not to be getting 120 V. I found the breaker to be tripped. I uninstalled the reinstalled unit is working as designed at this time.

The following is recommended for replacement ACU, lid lock, splutch, actuator, drive belt, and belt cover.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 WPW10006355 (Shifter) and 1 WPW10006384 (Drive belt) and 1 WPW10427633 (Belt cover) and 1 W10392998 (ACU) and 1 W10404050 (Lid lock)"
