After calling the number, I had to hold for about 15 mins, then was told to leave a message due to high call volume. I received a call back the next day, was scheduled service 2 days later that was cancelled and delayed after the weekend. So it took 6 days to get an appt. Jordin the technician was very nice, said the washer was fixed. When I tried to wash a load later that day, the water still did not flow out. So I called again for an appt, waited 10 mins, was told to leave a message. Got an appt for 4 days later! I am still waiting for my second appt ! Very disappointed in the difficulty of making an appt and the length of time I need to wait on the phone as well as how manny days I need to wait for an appt!!!

Jordan arrived in a timely manner and promptly got to work on my dishwasher. He was polite and efficient giving us advise as he worked. Before he arrived someone had already called to let us know he was running late on a previous call. Jordan’s efficiency made everything work out.
