"Customer complaint no ice and says there is a scratch in refer section, under warranty. Found ice maker not filling or making ice. Also found multiple fault codes that have to do with Fz thermistor. Checked and its plugged in and mounted correctly. Will need to replace thermistor as well as ice maker. Im already in order. Customer was not home for signature, called and left customer vm about what I need to order; ordrng 1 WR55X10025 (Sensor)"

"Customer complaint off balance, under a warranty. Ran unit in smart hq diagnostics all tests pass, took screen shot for verification. Customer states this happens when washing small loads 4 to 5 towels or a single light blanket. Explained unit needs to be loaded more so unit wont get off balance and wash likes with likes. Unit was slightly un leveled leveled unit and unit is testing fine."

"Customer complaint no cool, under a warranty. Installed new start device and main board unit is still just making clicking noise from compressor not turning on. called ge techline to document. Was told to replace compressor pistons are locked up. Case#18704242; ordrng 1 WR87X30875 (Drier) and 1 WR87X39227 (Compressor) and 1 WR87X33627 (Evaporator)"

"Customer complaint unit is not cooling, under warranty. Unit compressor is making clicking noise and wont start up. Took an amp draw and got .4 control is not sending correct power to start device. Will need a control board and start device ; ordrng 1 WR55X41845 (Main board) and 1 WR55X24064 (Cap) and 1 WR87X40031 (Start device)"
