"Extended Warrenty. Customer states burners are too high, some too low. Adjusted simmer burner settings on all surface burners. All surface burners are working properly at this time. Unsafe condition- range is on 4 wood platform without leveling legs and no anti-tip bracket. Unit can tip over and cause injuries and/ or death. Instructed customer to remove from platform. Customer did not sign. Complete."

Warrenty. Customer states hot water runs when washer is off. Ran diagnostics. Found hot water valve stuck open. Needs quad valve. 2 count job. Allow extra time. ; ordrng 1 WH13X26637 (Valve- quad)

In warranty. Cx complaint unit is not draining. I found a broken wire harness. I replaced the harness. Unit tested ok

In warranty. Cx complaint is that the washer will not agitate. The previous technician found a seized transmission. Today I replaced transmission and I had to destroy the agitator to get it off. I also replaced the agitator. Unit testing OK Core for 36621690 not obtained because Core is destroyed.

"The spin issue was resolved, but now agitation is not correct. Washing machine has issues with transmission. Agitation is minimum. I trade her on camera assembly were replaced didnt make a difference.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate) and 1 W11513246 (Cntrl)"
