"JB Spoke with customer by telephone April 25, 2023. Customer states unit is taking a very long time to dry. Advise customer to inspect exhaust vent ducting for blockage restriction over telephone. Customer confirmed exhaust vent has screen across it causing buildup of lint, causing blockage, preventing, unrestricted, exhausted. customer will clear vent screen. Did not go to customers house. No return made. Job complete and no charge the customer."

JB out 4/20/23. Installed replacement Hi Limit Thermostat WE04X31007 and WE04X31017 Thermostat. Unit now operating. Tested heat circuit-ok. Reassembled unit and tested again. No charge.JOB COMPLETE

"JB out 4/18/23. Customer states refrigerator compartment is freezing items in vegetable compartments and back of shelves. Advise customer against blocking cold air inlet vent on upper left side of ice box. Also recommend customer against loading items on any shelf against the walls or back of the cabinets, this blocks cold air circulation. Inspected condenser coils and found blocked. Recommend customer vacuum and brush to keep condenser coils clean every two months for the life of the product. This will reduce the electrical operating cost and properly regulate cooling temperatures in both departments. No parts needed or used. No charge the customer. Job complete."
