"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, IT IS LEAVING MY CLOTHES DIRTY AND DOESN'T COMPLETE THE CYCLE. Tested unit under diagnostics, actuator is getting stuck, damaged the drive pulley, replaced drive pulley and actuator . Agitator and hub are stripped off from gear case shaft, suspension is worn out. All three have to be replaced. Called SQT to order additional parts. ; ordrng 1 W11130362 (SUSPENSION) and 1 W11550891 (AGITATOR) and 1 W10528947 (HUB)"
