Removed and replaced suspension. Tested. Now working as designed

Customer complaint unit is shaking excessively. In warranty. Tested found issue is with the suspension. Worn out. Informed Cx suspension needed to be replaced Was sent a suspension box but it had tape. Opened and found used parts. Needs suspension Under autho. Cx wants next Tuesday ; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension)

Unit wont drain. Ui not responding. Has 120 v. Connected navy beam and got to read info no error codes. Ui not responding. Boards. ETA over a week.; ordrng 1 WH22X37157 (Ui) and 1 WH10X33957 (Fascia) and 1 WH22X37297 (Main control) and 1 WH23X28418 (Pump)

"Installed washplate, nut Gearcase, rotor stator clutch slider and screws, calibrated and tested, unit functions as designed"

"Tried removing washplate with puller, could not remove, need to break out. Tried removing rotor, rotor seized to Gearcase, need additional parts. Need 8 screws that hold clutch and stator in place but cannot access due to seized rotor. ; ordrng 8 W11027980 (Screw)s"
