Unit is under extended warranty. Workorder stated that the control panel is not responsive. Customer not home. Office tried to call customer. Im ordering main control since panel keeps going out. Main control and panel to be replaced at same time to avoid future failures. ; ordrng 1 W11417009 (Cntrl elec)

Unit is under extended warranty. Customer stated that the unit is not powering on and smells like gas. I found failed control panel causing issue. I also found gas leak at the connectors at back of dryer. Connectors not covered and not part of dryer. Customer to correct. Left gas turned off. Removed and replaced control panel. All tests good.

Touch panel not responding. Found voltage to panel. Failed panel. Removed and replaced console assy. All tests good.

Unit was in control lock mode. Could not get unit out by pressing the rinse button for three seconds. Had to cycle power to the unit. Was able to get the control lock deactivate. Tested unit it in diagnostic cycle. Unit ok after service.

Replaced cracked blower wheel. Unit was making a loud noise before repair. Tested after repair all ok.; used 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) from stock
