Very unhappy with this company. It took 3-4 weeks to have them fix my brand new washer. The lid latch broke and I specifically told the lady on the phone that. She asked me if the glass lid was broken. I said no I don’t have a glass lid, just the lid latch broke. And when the repair guy came out guess what he brought? A glass lid, no lid lock. The lady on the phone said a guy named Irving was going to do the repairs, and that he’s the only one from the company who serves the area I live in. Well, the guy who came out was a guy named Bill. So the lady was either lying or she’s not good with names, which is a poor trait to have in customer service. I don’t ever plan on using this company for any future appliances that might need repair. Big fail!

He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to decipher the problem quickly and fix it.

Technician was very knowledgeable and very caring. He worked feverly on getting the washer and dryer leveled. He had some tricks that he showed me to move the washer and dryer at ease I was impressed. He likes to talk. But it’s interesting because he knows his work duties.
