"13959286Upon arrival the unit was cooling better than the last time out. Manager rich said that it isnt a sealed system job, and that the unit just needed a fan and control. We then called GE tech line and they agreed that the fan is the source of the problem. Ordering fan now and rescheduling for tomorrow ; ordrng 1 WR60X10185 (Evap Motor) and 1 WR55X41845 (Control)"

"CX has a lot of error codes F9E0, F1E1,F3E0,F2E1. The complaint is that the oven light stays on and the unit wont heat properly. Upon diagnosis I found the power to the home to be correct. When I checked the power to the door switch it was jumping around everywhere. Unit needs the control and wire harness. I let CX know it wouldnt fix all the error codes. If she wanted to fix every error code the price definitely wouldnt be worth it. CX said they needed to talk it over ; ordrng 1 W11454505 (Wire harness) and 1 W11082269 (Control)"

Replaced the flame sensor and tested unit after. Everything is working as designed at this time.

"Customer is complaining that the unit starts and goes directly to done. Upon diagnosis I found the actuator to be faulty. I replace actuator from truck stock, but the problem still occurred. Then I replaced the capacitor but the still occurred. I was later than told by fellow tech that you have to replace both parts at the same time. Re-ordering parts now in other parts just in case. I; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Wire harnes) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11627413 (Control), used 1 W11481722 ( Actuator) from stock"

Replaced the both parts and tested unit after 2x. Everything is working as designed at this time.
