"Rotor bolt loose, rotor bolt was reinstalled and secured with threadlock. Unit passed all test. Unit is operating as designed."

Unverifiable issue. Board has led light on but not responding to diagnostics. Ordering board and ; ordrng 1 W11126319 (Coin slide) and 1 W11368855 (Control board)

Motor has shorted out. Ordering motor and control board in case its needed. Parts on order. Follow up required. ; ordrng 1 W11087226 (Control) and 1 W11025157 (Motor w sump)

Upon arrival whirlpool tech and I ran diagnostics. Unit passed all test test during running diagnostics. Whirlpool tech determined that unit was working properly. Whirlpool tech said to have the customer load the washer. After customer loaded the washer unit is not responding now not coming on. Board nor responding. We have exhausted all attempts to repair the unit. ; O-emld tckt

Drain pump and hoses were removed and replaced. Unit is working as intended.
