"Complaint Not Cooling - Freezer Section - Refrigerator - RC - Cooling, previous tech ordered evaporator fan , not needed the current one is working and a damper door, current one is open and allowing air up top. RC food current temps between 42-47f, FZ temps between 30-40f.Evaporator coil allowed 10 min running time only partial frost, temp on coil 53f,capillary line on evaporator was at 32f.Compressor running at121vac & 0.97 amps, 81 watts,NO Freon leaks detected.Possible compressor issue or HS restriction.Cx also complaining about ice maker not making ice. Food in Frz partially thawed but under 33f for now.I advised her to have us fix the cooling issue first before we make repairs to ice maker.New model has no tech sheets and Service Matter hasnt yet uploaded tech info for this Model.; ordrng 1 W11758078 (Compressor) and 1 W10805035 (Drier no dye) and 1 W11047160 (Process tube)"
