The unit is unit is under extended warranty so no changes for service. The customers complaint is shaking and an occasional leak. The leak is coming from the dispenser assembly so will order that and for the shaking I will replace the suspension rods. There was one error code stored currently and that a f5e2. I found the frost pattern looks great but the evap fan motor was receiving 115 volts but not turning. I replaced the fan assembly and now the air is able to circulate inside the refrigerator. Found the main cold valve failed and reason for error. I replaced the water valve assembly and verified operation in diagnostic. All functions restored and working appropriately. Job completed.

I found the blower wheel broken apart a d when that happened it broke the duct for the lint. I took a photo. Will need to replace the motor blower wheel duct and idler pulley.
