Upon arrival inspected freezer compartment and found no evaporator fan motion. Failed evaporator fan motor. Installed replacement fan motor WP 2315539 from truck stock. Please replenish parts to tech JB. Reassemble unit and test operation. Verified compressor is cooling and evaporator fan is now operating and distributing cold air to both refrigerator compartment and freezer section. No charge to customer. JB out 9/6/24Customer states washing machine has water left in the bottom of the wash tub. Will not drain. Will not run only powers up. Upon arrival verified water in bottle wash tub. Tested wire duty from control board to drink pump open light blue wire. Installed replacement wire harness part number W11643701. Reassemble unit ranch calibration cycle. Tested operation of verified unit now drains and spins. Tested unit again in normal cycles verified water and education. No charge to customer. Job complete.
