"JB OUT 1/4/25Customer states unit is leaving clothing very wet and heavy at end of the spin cycle. Upon arrival, tested washer and diagnostic found no stored error codes. Tested washer in normal cycle verified washing machine fills appropriately. Customers concerned the water level is extremely low. Customer in normal regular cycle Automatic setting the machine will fill a very small amount of water only. Recommend customer try heavy duty with deep water option selected. Unit to run with clothing in wash tub, deep water selected verified films to the appropriate high water level, washes, drains and spins correctly. Further inspection found, quick wash cycle, the spin cycle was turned to the off position in advertently. This is the reason why the machine did not spin the clothing dry. Instruct customer on certain features, including deep water levels for each cycle and medium high low and no spin speeds. No parts used.customer one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Tested both upper and lower ovens, found control set for Celius.Instructed customer to how to change control settings to Fahrenheit..Tested both upper and lower oven set to 350°F. Allow you to preheat and bake verified upper and lower oven temperatures are within standards for 350°F. Unit is operating properly. Advise customer smoke emanated from food which had become stuck on the broiler element in the upper oven. no defects found other than calibrating controlled to cook at Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. No part used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Adjusted position and tightened freezer upper door hinge. Retested operation with customer. Door now operates smoothly and easily. Door is no longer sitting too low or rubbing on the bottom freezer door sill. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete.

"JB out 12/18/24 upon arrival found original installer has used thin foil type ducting material connecting dryer to wall exit. Advise customer to replace this thin foil ducting material as it poses a potential fire and risk for loss of life. Recommend customer use ridge flex or galvanized ducting to prevent the risk of fire. Also advise customer installation corrections are not covered under the extended warranty. Tested dryer verified loud squeaking noises.
