Replaced defective Evap fan as previously diagnosed on my. Unit tested ok now ok. Cx to allow 48 for temperature to drop. Complete

Unit is sitting on the kitchen floor and properly connected to power supply. Customer states unit does not power up and does nonresponsive. Verified presence of 120 VAC on leg one 120 VAC on leg two and 240 VAC between L1 and L2 . User interface is an operative and does not power up.
