"JB out 10/30/24Customer states unit will not dry clothes completely. Upon arrival and diagnostics verified store code 353. Ran diagnostic test 15 verified normal parameters in test mode.Unit automatically began draining cycle without being requested. Allowed unit to time out. Opened drain pump clean out and found 90% restricted. Cleared restriction from drain pump filter. Reinstalled drain pump filter and tightened. Tested by filling tub with water then requesting manual drain. Verified water, drained quickly Unit was not drying. It was not draining all the water out within the time allotted. Recommend customer removed drain pump clean out once per week and clean. Causing poorly spun clothing to go into dry cycle. No parts needed or use. No charge."

"JB out 10/25/24.Customer states reoccurring displayed fault code and dryer not drying properly. Upon arrival, customer informed me he just removed the dryer screen assembly and thoroughly cleaned behind it and removed a large size of lint from interior cavity area. Ran diagnostics and extracted fault code F353 noted 18 occurrences. Code is active. Check windscreen found recently cleaned thoroughly. Ran test 18 as required to test compressor operation and therm output specs. Test run verified completed properly. Cleared stored error codes. Ran test again verified no codes returned. Recommend customer Wash lint screen more regularly than past. Also recommend customer vacuum and clean behind the lid screen in order to prevent compressor from overheating. Also recommend customer use only HE detergent as HE turbo is highly concentrated and recommend one teaspoon maximum. No parts needed. No charge to customer.
