"Upon arrival found unit cooling properly but over freezing the products on the fresh food compartment, more on the chiller compartment. Check the unit and found damper and thermistor pass on the diagnostic cycle. Check for fresh food compartment thermistors readings are 14.5 and 13.5 khoms. Call tech line and after inspection found the damper assembly is bad causing no circulation of air. They recommend to replace the damper assembly. Inform this to the customer and they approve the repair. Additional the hose for the ice maker needs a quick connector. SR: 15413300; ordrng 1 WR02X13738 (Water connector) and 1 WR31X10017 (Damper assembly)"

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F8E1, this about long fill. Check the unit and waters valves are working properly. Check the unit for the customer complaint about shaking too much, and found the front right shocks absorber a little bent causing the failure. Replace all 4 of those shocks absorbers, retest the unit and now is working properly. Job complete"

Washer legs not locked. Replaced struts. Secured legs. Found that the pedestal is squeaking and flexing

Replaced defective lid lock.Tested ok
