Enrique was an Awesome technician. However, I didn’t appreciate having to wait for someone to come out because maytag said that they tried to reach me but couldn’t, & they also tried to tell me they had sent an email to me to tell me that they had cancelled my service call & that I would have to wait another week to get a repair man out to my location. Then I had to wait another week for the part to come in. But Enrique was very professional and fixed the washer once he had the part.
