Cx states refrigerator not cooling. In warranty. I replaced defective heater with harness and the thermostat. Unit tested as designed. Complete ; O-emld tckt

Drum is bent in the back scraping the back bulkhead. Ordering drum . Well returned to install and retest. ordering rear bulky due damage. ; ordrng 1 W10381481 (Drum) and 1 W11299321 (Rear bulkhead)

"In warranty. Customer states that the refrigerator is making a loud noise. Listening to the recording that the customer has of the noise and is definitely ice in one of the fan blades. Unfortunately, I do not know which fan blade is hitting the ice. I found no air leaks in the gaskets and all the fans are testing good at the moment. I am ordering a user interface because the problem may be an issue with programming. It could either be not the frosting soon enough or running too long in one compartment.; ordrng 1 W11753082 (U I)"
