Tested unit found broken switch and control panel ; ordrng 1 WH13X37557 (Control panel) and 1 WH04X29308 (Switch)

"JB out 10/24/24Verified customer had defective power outlet replaced. Installed replacement main control board. Ran diagnostics. Tested washing machine in normal cycle verified correct water fill, agitation cancel cycle. Selected drain and spin. Unit did drain water but did not spin. Canceled cycle lid lock would not unlock. Diagnostics and verified only one stored error code indicating failed tachometer. Installed replacement shift actuator. Lid will still not unlock. ; ordrng 1 W11498796 (CONTROL) and 1 W11038689 (INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY) and 1 WPW10285518 (ENCODER WATER TEMPERATURE) and 1 W11211519 (HARNESS) and 1 W10786100 (HARNESS UPPER)"

"JB out 10/11/24.Customer states unit cut off in midcycle. Typically before rinse.Upon arrival found washing machine in use as requested. Observed washing machine, drain water from wash cycle indicator switch to rinse and blink unable to shut washer off. Unplugged unit from wall outlet, wall out with facing came off with plugs. See quick pic photograph taken. Used an extension cord and another outlet to test washing machine. Unit will not unlock. Unable to capture complete model number and serial number. Unit finally unlocked allowing me to capture correct model and serial number. Unable to enter diagnostics. Ordering replacement, electronic control, door, lock, latch, assembly, and shift actuator. ; ordrng 1 W11498796 (CONTROL) and 1 W11307244 (LATCH) and 1 W10913953 (SHIFT ACTUATOR)"

Tested unit unit found effective control box. Replaced defective control box and is working properly. Informed client to let unit defrost for 24 hours.

"JB out 9/10/24Customer states washing machine leaves clothing, wet at the end of the cycle and shakes and vibrates during spin cycle. Upon arrival found washing machine installed and drain hose connected to small PVC pipe, preventing air from entering green pipe, causing water condition. Ask customer to load washing machine. Found customer overloading washing machine and not loading clothing evenly balanced. Allowed wash load To get wet and heavy.Cancel cycle. Selected drain and spin. Verified water pump drains washing machine completely however because drain is installed very tightly into a small drain pipe behind washer with no air gap water will siphon back into washing machine. Advise customer to use larger line behind washer, which is already there. Moved washer drain hose over to larger drain. Select the drain and spin Washing machine will begin to spin and slightly go off balance and add water. Canceled cycle. Removed all clothing from wash tub. And only five items evenly balanced around agitator. Selected drain and spin and loud cycle to run undisturbed. Verify washing machine now spins and drains appropriately and at the end of the undisturbed dream cycle. The five items were spun, very dry and ready for the dryer. Water was extracted. added several more more items and tested again in drain and spin. Allowed spin cycle to run undisturbed. Verified items spun completely and were well extracted. Instruct customer to reduce amount of detergent being used to a maximum of one measured teaspoon advise. This is critically important as detergents today are very highly concentrated. Too much soap suds prevent washing machine from draining properly. Removed all clothing. Ran spin cycle with no clothes. Unit spun properly but was noisy. Removed agitator and found worn drive hub. Installed hub part number W10528947. Reassembled and tested again and spin. Spins. And operates properly. No charge to customer. Job complete ; ordrng 1 W10528947 (HUB) and 1 W130362 (SUSPENSION)"
