The appliance technician, Jaime was great. The red tape regarding this extended service and the time to get an “ok” to warrant the part is a joke.
I worked in a major appliance service center for 11 years. If you made every customer jump through hoops like I’ve had to do in the past 4 months, you wouldn’t have any customers to service!
