"Customer complaint unit not cooling properly, under warranty. Inspected unit and found unit is cooling temps are just not correct. Some food is spoiling per customer, unit does not have a sealed system issue. A sealed system job was already done prior from whirlpool per customer. Units evap has a perfect frost pattern and ice bin is full of ice. Units having a temp sensor issue ; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor) and 1 W11661931 (Evap motor harness)"
