Took 3 weeks to get my washer “repaired” due to parts and when the tech came back to fix it, it didn’t work. This will be the third time he will be back. Tech didn’t explain what was wrong with it, no communication skills.

Perfect timing for a survey. Tim was here four days ago to fix the icing inside my GE French door refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem immediately and the icing has stopped. Tim made it so simple, realigning the left door bracket with the fridge cabinet. Problem solved; I can’t thank him enough. He also re-leveled the back of the fridge stopping the squeak in right door. I gave Tim a five star review and rating. He’s fast, professional, explaining and fixed the problems. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and thumbs up too to Tim
