Found lid cracked and unable to start a cycle because of it. Rescheduling to have part sent out. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/15 MON !

After replacing faulty timer and knob the unit now operates as designed. All functions tested ok. Job completed.

Replaced noisy drain pump and worn out slider mechanism. Tested after repair no more noise. Unit ok.

Found the units display will cut out at times. Found a possible loose connection at the display board. All other functions tested ok after making sure connections were being made. Job completed.

F0e8 f7e7 f9 e1f0 e7f7 e6. Found listed errors. Drain pump broken all fins on propeller are broken. Will need to replace pump. Customer will replace themselves. Gave them the part number for pump. They declined estimate for repair not cost efficient.
