Sept 16, 2024 - Overall the expertise and workmanship provided by my service technician was excellent. His insight and professionalism far outweighed the help I received from the previous company’s technician whose work did nothing but cause my refrigerator to fail even more. I was glad that Appliance Repair Specialists sent me a very knowledgeable individual in this trade. The only disappointing part of this experience was initially having to wait so long for the parts to come in (ordered Aug 30), then on the day parts were expected to arrive (approx. Sept 4) I get a call to say it was going to take even longer Sept 9 or 10. Then another call on Sept 9 that said parts were going to be late by another day, but technician could only pick up on his designated day(s), was booked on the closest day following pick up, so he had to be scheduled to do the repair on a Friday (Sept 13). Two weeks in total I was without a refrigerator since using you guys on 8/30/24. I would have given a 5-Star rating if the parts could have come in a week sooner as I was expecting. We had the worse possible luck of being without a refrigerator during the hottest weather of the year (temperature ranged from 100 to 113 degrees - super hot!)

Robert is an excellent technician. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He was able to repair the issue with my freezer on his first visit. I hope he is the technician who responds to any future appliance repair needs.
