When they finally got the part a week later, after being told on the morning of the first appointment date of 11/22 I was not in his area after talking to someone on 11/21 that he would be here and then getting a message that the time would between 930 and 1230. When the repairman showed up 11/29 he was very nice and checked everything and did a great job
