Cx complaint was that the unit wasnt washing or spinning. Unit under warranty. Tested the unit and found a unit had a faulty valve not dispensing water correctly will be ordering and replacing though. ; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve)

JB OUT 3/13/25Customer states the washer shut off mid cycle and now wont run.Upon arrival verified some water still in wash tub. Drain pump wont run.Further inspection found broken black wire in lower harness to drain pump.Installed replacement a lower Wire Harness W11643701.Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer.Tested in NORMAL cycle. Verified correct water fill and agitation functions.Tested Drain and Spin. Verified unit now drains and spindle as designed.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

Ran cycle and smelt heater burning and saw discoloration on the heater. Need to replace the heater..; ordrng 1 W10518394 (Heater)

Replaced parts and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.
