"Upon arrival found unit with fresh food compartment no cooling properly, check the unit and found the damper is working normal on test mode, but fan isnt. Additional found the problem to the fan no push any air to the top compartment is because the gaskets on the unit are damage and letting warm air going in to the unit causing this problem, the vent duct from freezer to fresh section is blocked with frost causing the failure. Additional customer states the unit is no dispensing the right amount of detergent, and the dispenser get water by the end of the cycle. Check the detergent pump and is working properly. Inform to the customer the unit just use 2 tablespoons of detergent every cycle. This unit will need new detergent dispenser to fix the problem for the water by the end of cycle.
