Cx complaint was that the unit was having a F1 E1 error code . Unit is under warranty. Testing unit found unit with bad control board giving off an F1 E1 error code. Replaced control and tested unit unit now functions properly. Job is complete

Suspension is worn, belt is cracking, cam splines also worn, had to break agitator to get to hub it was stuck on gear case shaft ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gear case) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W11130362 (Suspension) replaced parts listed all checked good"

Cx complaint is that unit is not cooling. Unit under warranty. Tested unit and found unit with no cool in fridge or freezer. Unit has a .7 amp draw and no heat exchange. Customer states unit will turn on by itself and will run until customer shuts it off. Unit out of warranty. Found failed control contacted safety team and notified them of findings w00sshwtp1 covering parts cust is responsible for labor of $163.68; ordrng 1 W11683480 (Control)
