Austin or Melody ext 111 and 125 for either one. Unit is a Splendide TVM63x and serial is 902192232. Unit has a bad belt and wheels to spin. Very hard to spin. Possibly a motor going out.

Replacing parts listed. Replaced icemaker. It was broken and wouldnt move. Checked and unit is now working correctly. Tested and icemaker works. Takes 24 hours to see any ice. Job completed

Tested water dispenser and checked icemaker fill. All checked out. Unit was not turned on and now unit is turned on and unit is cooling. Checked and tested. Job completed.

Found fan wasnt working. Replaced fan and unit started to work. Evaporator was good and cooling. Put all back together and unit is now cooling correctly. Air flow is good. Job completed
