JB out 8/6/24Customer states when opening or closing bottom freezer drawer a loud gravity sound is produced. Upon arrival verified drawer does not slide in and out smoother. Removed freezer doors and door. found stabilizer rod under lower freezer drawer disconnected from stabilizer gear. Removed all drawers and reinstalled stabilizer bar. Reinstalled all drawers and freezer door and tested operation. Properly leveled cabinet and tested door and drawer operation. Unit now slides smoothly and quietly. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job comple

Found built up frost and ice in the covered part of the ice maker stoping it from operating. Took off the cover and cleared all the blockage. Ran cycle and unit passed all tests and is now operating as designed.

Found top dented. Need to replace the top. ; ordrng 1 WE13X33128 (Top cover white)
