Customer complaint was that the dishwasher was leaking. Tested unit and found that leak was coming from faulty sump seal. Replace sump tested unit unit now functions properly with no leaks job complete.

Replaced bad inlet valve on unit and tested unit unit now functions has designed job is complete

Customer complaint was that unit would not run and would only drain. Unit was covered through manufacturer. This job was a pressure switch control board job. Replaced unit control board with new control board Calib untraded and tested unit unit now functions properly.

The customer complaint was that the unit had shut off and went into a drain mode. Unit is under warranty. Was able to get an error code F8E1 stating that the washer detected a long or no fill. Confirmed with tech line that that will trigger pressure sensor into going into a drain mode. Tech line advised to check water valves and if they are corroded or clogged to replace valve.
