In warranty- cx states unit is not working properly- found error f7e3 basket not engaging- f8e1 inlet valve failure- found agitator to be making a loud grinding noise during all cycles- gear case is leaking water look at pictures- agitatior is stuck on shaft. Possible short in wire harness and main control- I recommend that everything underneath to be replaced- ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W11409746 (Lower harness) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W11401710 (Acu) and 1 W11165546 (Valve) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor)

In warranty- cx states fc light is not working- found refrigerator light module to be flickering- removed and replaced (module) all lights are now working as designed- cx ok repair

In warranty- cx states unit is heating intermittently - 240 v at block terminal- good air flow at vent outlet- possible that half the element is work or relays are sticking. Requires authorization. ; ordrng 1 WP3387747 (Element) and 1 W11782441 (ACu)
