Steve was the worst experience I have had with a service person in all my life! He was very rude from beginning. He asked me what was wrong with my oven. When I told him my oven did not shut off and I had to turn off the electricity at the panel, he said that that was impossible!! Then he asked me to turn on the electricity. and I did and the oven did not shut off!! He looked at it, then told me that the part needed was unavailable which was a control panel and asked me to pay the $125.00. He was in my house a total of about 15 minutes. I told him to leave after I paid him. I already had told him that on the internet it said that the problem was that the control panel was faulty so I already knew that!. He told me that I should not believe what the Internet said. At any rate I wasted $125 .00 on top of being insulted as he treated me like I was a very dumb person! I will never call your company again. I know you are short of personnel but I got the bottom of the barrel. I wanted to complain earlier but I did not want to waste more time. I am glad you are asking for my opinion. When he was leaving, he had the gall to tell me to have a "nice day" I guess by then he figured I was going to complain and he tried to be nicer!. Too late!
