I cannot remember ever dealing with a service company as professional as Appliance Repair Specialists! They asked all the right questions. They provided honest, helpful answers to my questions. We set a time and date. They (Andy, the technician) alerted me 25 minutes prior to arriving that he was on his way. He had the necessary part to repair the problem. He quickly installed the new part and tested it. It all went so smoothly, it was as if I was dreaming. Excellent experience!!!
