JE is an excellent example on how a person should interact with a customer. He explains what the issue may be and listens to the customers feedback. Very polite and willing to spend the time needed to perform the job right. Like for him to return for any future repair services i need.

Timothy was excellent each time he was here. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits for him to solve the problem (not his fault). In the end, he needed to change all the control panel components. Completely pleased with his work
