There are no fault codes. The unit passed the service test and all valves activate individually. Found the fabric softener option turned to off. Turned on fabric softener option and ran a rinse and spin cycle.

Timothy was excellent each time he was here. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits for him to solve the problem (not his fault). In the end, he needed to change all the control panel components. Completely pleased with his work
