Timothy was excellent each time he was here. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits for him to solve the problem (not his fault). In the end, he needed to change all the control panel components. Completely pleased with his work

James was very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the problem we were having with our Whirlpool dryers. It was a simple adjustment we had to learn regarding the Closing of the bottom filter. James was very courteous and efficient. Thank you!
