"UNDER WARRANTY- CX STATED, Other.not working properly, NOT DRAINING OR SPINNING AND LIGHTS KEEP FLASHING.. the unit times out, due to it not getting any cold water. Inlet water valve has failed. Was not able to replace due to the hot water valve on the home not shutting the water off. CX will speak to the apartment manager to fix water valve then reschedule to change water valve. Unit passed all testing, except water valve. ; O-emld tckt"

Very disappointed the same technician has come to our residence three times to repair our washer replaced parts and and the washer is still unbalanced. They never he never tested it to see if it was balance and working left within 20 minutes and our washer is still unbalanced and not working properly we have sent a video to your company to show you how unbalanced it is. We are requesting a new a new washer and we certainly do not want the same technician coming over here to check it. Thank you

Was here 10 minutes to tell me not to wash more than three towels at a time. This is a new washer making loud nose when it spins. It’s off balance and you can hear thru wall. Advised us to buy warranty instead of solving the problem, stated they don’t make washers like they use too. It was necessary for us to send someone else out.
