Found units sump leaking on right side. Quoted customer around 500$ for replacement sump and possible drain pump replacement. Customer said hed shop around and look for a new dishwasher.

Found igniter bracket bent down causing boiler not to ignite corrected bracket tested unit unit worcking properly

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found splotch worn out. This is the second time this is happened replaced splotch tested unit unit is now agitating and spinning and shifting as it should ran unit and all diagnostics unit passed all tests. I advised consumer that if it happens again that there may be a transmission issue and we would give them a quote for that if it reoccurs, but at the moment the unit is working as intended the part at service call and labor were still covered under 30 day 90day 1year Warranty; used 1 W10721967 (Kam) from stock"

Upon arrival inspected unit and found unit had a bad water valve. Replaced water valve. Also had a water filter that the customer wanted replaced customer paid for the water filter after doing this repair on the valve. Tested unit unit is now pouring water as intended. All ops are normal advised consumer to make sure to empty out about a gallon of water before drinking it. Job complete.
