I have not seen the Tech's schedule before. I really appreciated having an idea when Felipe would be at my house. I was impressed with how quickly he found my washer's problem, more so when he had the correct part on him. That saves gas and time for the Tech, and time for me without my washing machine. Felipe was polite, too.
