Cx is complaining about unit not being legal. Explained that floors are uneven and I had adjusted legs to get basket centered. He told me to put it back and that he is going to use the way he wants. Didnt except that I recommended to use deep water washing and rinse. I adjusted legs to Cx want and basket is now way out of centered. See photos. Recalibrated unit and replaced LR suspension ball. Unit is working per design. Job complete

Timothy is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to educate his customers about the appliances. He explained in detail how to properly utilize the washer and dryer. He gave a hypothesis on what he thought was wrong and everything turned out exactly how he said it would. Came back and fixed the issue.
