"F9E1 f9e6. Failed Gearcase, valves and cam assembly. Ordering parts need to follow up when available. Need agitator due to possibly stuck, may need to damage to remove. This is out side my normal area. If needed I can return to repair. Cx is 1 hour from my house. Also needs extra time for repair ; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11513255 (Valves)"

"The drive pulley bolt back out. Reinstalled to test. The unit sound like its buzzing while only agitating half way. Removed power, replaced cap, cam, belt and actuator. Restored power cleared error codes, ran test passed. All ops normal. DONE. ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam), 1 W10913953 (Actuator), and 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"
