Front right leveling leg fell off found cabinet slightly bent causing leg to fall off bent cabinet back in place and installed leg all tested good

Found ice bags pushed against vents in freezer causing air restrictions. This caused stagnant air that created frost in the freezer and froze over the return vents from from fresh food compartment to freezer. Instruct on loading and let customer know to unplug unit to defrost it for 48 hrs to clear all ice

Found evaporator frozen over and was not able to get a response from the control. Need to replace the control and possibly the defrost thermostat.; ordrng 1 W11524469 (Control) and 1 W11524653 (Harness)

No hot water flowing to unit replaced housing tested good

"Replaced heater, ice maker and valve, tested unit all tested good"
