REFRIGERATOR JENN-AIR JS48CSDBDA Customer states the unit was dripping from the evaporator area and was not cooling as effectively as normal. Checked drain pan and found it looked ok. The heaters and thermostat had continuity. Noted the ice door was not sealed. This could be the source of the dripping and cooling issues. The IM does not work and the ice door never needs to open or close. Closed the ice door manually and told the customer to monitor the unit and call if needed.

I have replaced the damper, the control and sealed the cabinets as WPTS has recommended."
