Check temperature at 5° F. Customer says it fluctuates. Changed our control box tested everything is working. Refrigerator is at 37°. Checked all settings. Good job complete.

"Defrost water is not going through the intended path , instead running through the freezer. I found styrofoam stuck in the bulkhead fitting. Cleared with a pick. Unit draining normally."

Removed unit from wall under the request of the manufacturer. Found once the unit was pulled out that the installers just threw some boards under the unit and did not attach them to anything. These fell off when I tried to reinstall. Informed customer that it was not my responsibility to correct install issues. The unit will not mount in the wall . The unit needs a control and side piece that broke when I was trying to get the unit back inside the unit. This will need a second person to help try and get this unit back in the wall. Shimming the unit was an installation issue and is not coved by the manufacturer warranty.; ordrng 1 5304536546 (Control) and 1 5304504202 (Side piece) and 1 5304531547 (Side piece 2)
