Customer states the IM stopped working and the RC gasket is torn.Unit dispatched under warranty.Found the unit is connected to a RO system and thermostat water flow is low. This is not recommended by the manufacturer and can cause problems with the IM. Replaced IM and RC gasket. Steamed the gasket to smooth out.
