Warranty. Cx complaint of display is out. Inspected power and found correct. Removed rear panel and check incoming power to control. 120volts present to control. Replaced bad control reassembled and unit is working per design. Job completed

Warranty. Complaint was not dispensing ice. And over cooling in deli drawer. Previous tech diagnosis of stripped coupler. Removed ice maker assembly to replace motor and coupler and no parts. Sd says I had parts but they were not in bin. Rescheduled for Wednesday.pm appt. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/12 WED PM

Warranty. Cx complaint of not finishing cycles. Helper and I removed dryer from top and I replaced water valves and all four shocks. Retested twice and unit is now working per design. Job completed

"In warranty- cx states AIG WM locked and shut down, will not start. fills nothing else. tried reset- found multiple issues- agitator is stuck on shaft will need to break off, knocking noise from gear case or stater- error code f5e2 latch- f8e1 inlet valve fault- states auto is needed. Ordering parts for unit.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gear case) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11700916 (Latch) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W11165546 (Valve)"

In warranty. Fridge compressor running hot door gasket not sealing properly found food debris on gasket making not seal properly also clean objects behind condenser to make compressor cool to normal temperature.
